Emir Kremic, Ph.D.

Emir Kremic, Ph.D. is an internationally recognized expert in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and statistical governance, with over 15 years of leadership experience spanning government, academia, and private enterprise. He is a co-founder of Analytics Armor LLC, Denver, Colorado and Auroris AI in it’s portfolio, a cybersecurity and mobile development startup operating across the U.S. and Southeast Europe.
Dr. Kremic earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science, specializing in biometric security systems, and has authored more than 20 peer-reviewed publications in the fields of AI, digital forensics, data governance, and public health analytics. His interdisciplinary research has been published in Springer, Elsevier, the Bulletin of the World Health Organization, and other high-impact journals.
For over a decade, he led a regional statistical bureau serving the Western Balkans, where he spearheaded data modernization, open government initiatives, and digital transformation in public administration. Under his leadership, he founded the International Conference on Official Statistics (ICOS), fostering global dialogue on ethical data use and digital trust.
Dr. Kremic has been actively involved in supporting the integration of Eastern European countries into the European Union. His work has contributed to policy development and analysis aimed at aligning these nations with EU standards and practices.
As a non-resident fellow with the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA) in Washington D.C., Dr. Kremic provides insights into cyber threats and digital policy in transitional economies. He has authored analyses on geopolitical influences in the Balkans, including the article “Will Bosnia Cut the Chinese Cord”; which examines the region’s infrastructural dependencies and the implications for EU integration efforts.
He has served on national and international boards, including the UNFPA’s Western Balkans Transfer Accounts Panel, and is a member of the Academy of Sciences and Arts.
As a public intellectual and conference speaker, Dr. Kremic has delivered keynotes and participated in expert panels at Cybertech New York, Tel Aviv, Rome, and Dubai, as well as the IEEE Princeton Conference, NATO Cybersecurity Forums, and the King Hamad Global Peace Summit. He has been interviewed by global media, including The New York Times, on matters of cybersecurity and AI ethics.
Fluent in English and several Balkan languages, he collaborates actively with institutions, including Harvard University, on policy-driven research. His work bridges public service, academic rigor, and cutting-edge technology to build secure, equitable digital ecosystems worldwide.

Bianca Topic
Bianca Topic is a seasoned international strategist, entrepreneur, and U.S. citizen with a diverse portfolio in global trade, tech startup advisory, real estate development, and public-private investment strategy. She is a cofounder of Analytics Armor LLC of Denver, Colorado, with Auroris AI in its portfolio. With more than three decades of cross-continental leadership—from post-socialist market transformations in the Balkans to digital venture ecosystems in the United States—Bianca has cultivated a career of agility, foresight, and global connectivity.
She is a former Managing Director of L&L Worldwide and Regional Director at Somerset Trade Finance LLC (Washington, DC), where she led U.S.-funded infrastructure projects, including the implementation of a multi-city cable network in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Her tenure included managing international tenders, structuring investment deals, and bridging private enterprise with multilateral funders like USAID.
Bianca’s extensive experience in the U.S. tech market includes advising early-stage tech startups on go-to-market strategies, funding pathways, and exit planning. She specializes in:

A pioneer in trade environments during the volatile 1980s and 1990s, Bianca founded and ran Bianca Trade Export-Import Co., where she oversaw international procurement and manufacturing, gaining early exposure to supply chain resilience and cross-border finance. She later founded a licensed real estate brokerage in Florida, scaling from zero to 14 agents and implementing early tech innovations in property sales, CRM tools, and team training models.
Her global market insight is reinforced by decades of travel and dual residence across the U.S., Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, and Montenegro, and a multilingual command of English, Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian, Italian, and Russian.

Christopher F. McMurray
Christopher F. McMurray is a senior law enforcement and national security professional with over 33 years of investigative, supervisory, and international liaison experience. His career includes senior leadership posts with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), roles supporting U.S. Special Operations, and the development of international programs to strengthen rule-of-law, counterterrorism, cybercrime response, and weapons of mass destruction (WMD) prevention capabilities.
Since April 2023, he has served as the Senior Law Enforcement Advisor with the U.S. Department of State (INL) at the U.S. Embassy in Sarajevo, where he designs and leads capacity-building programs to enhance professional policing standards, interagency coordination, and institutional development in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
From 2019 to 2023, Christopher served as Director of Law Enforcement Programs at the Golden West Humanitarian Foundation, overseeing global initiatives in humanitarian mine action, physical security and stockpile management (PSSM), and law enforcement training and advisory missions. He led proposal development, donor coordination, and strategic implementation across multiple operational theaters.
During his 20-year FBI career (1998–2018), Christopher served in a series of senior and international roles, including:

Earlier in his career, Christopher served with the Kansas City, Missouri Police Department (1992–1998), holding roles as Sergeant and Police Officer in both operational and community assignments.
