Emir Kremić, Ph.D. is an internationally recognized expert in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and statistical governance, with more than 15 years of leadership experience spanning government, academia, and private enterprise. He serves as IT and Cybersecurity Portfolio Leader at Analytics Armor LLC, Denver, Colorado, overseeing cybersecurity strategy, digital infrastructure assessment, and advanced analytics initiatives across public and private sector projects. Auroris AI, a cybersecurity and mobile development startup operating across the United States and Southeast Europe, is part of the Analytics Armor portfolio.

Dr. Kremić earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science with a specialization in biometric security systems and has authored more than 20 peer-reviewed publications in the fields of AI, digital forensics, data governance, and public health analytics. His interdisciplinary research has been published by Springer, Elsevier, the Bulletin of the World Health Organization, and other high-impact journals.

Dr. Kremić has been actively involved in EU integration efforts in Eastern Europe, contributing to policy development and analytical frameworks aligned with EU digital, cybersecurity, and governance standards.

As a Non-Resident Fellow with the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA) in Washington, D.C., he provides expert insight into cyber threats, digital sovereignty, and infrastructure security in transitional economies. His published analysis includes “Will Bosnia Cut the Chinese Cord,” examining strategic infrastructure dependencies and their implications for European integration and security.

He has served on multiple national and international advisory boards, including the UNFPA Western Balkans Transfer Accounts Panel, and is a member of the Academy of Sciences and Arts.

A recognized public intellectual and conference speaker, Dr. Kremić has delivered keynote addresses and participated in expert panels at Cybertech New York, Tel Aviv, Rome, and Dubai, as well as the IEEE Princeton Conference, NATO Cybersecurity Forums, and the King Hamad Global Peace Summit. He has been interviewed by international media, including The New York Times, on issues related to cybersecurity, AI ethics, and digital governance.

Fluent in English and multiple Balkan languages, Dr. Kremić collaborates actively with leading academic and policy institutions, including Harvard University, on policy-driven research. His work bridges public service, academic rigor, and applied technology, supporting the design of secure, resilient, and trustworthy digital and critical-infrastructure ecosystems worldwide.

Cybersecurity for Energy & Terminal Infrastructure

Emir specializes in the cybersecurity and digital resilience of energy terminals and critical infrastructure, particularly in environments where IT systems, OT systems, and physical operations intersect. His work focuses on realistic threat exposure in operational settings—where cyber risk translates directly into financial loss, operational disruption, or regulatory failure.

His expertise includes:

His background includes extensive involvement in EU integration processes, aligning technical systems with European regulatory, cybersecurity, and governance standards.
